Start a private draft of a canvas

POST 
/api/v1/canvas/:id_or_uuid/draft

Copies the canvas's current definition into a draft only the caller can see. Send the returned token in the X-Canvas-Draft header to read, change, commit or delete the draft; it never goes in a URL.
